Job summary

Albers Aerospace is seeking an AI‑Data Automation Engineer to build automation and AI capabilities for engineering processes. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. On‑site at Evendale, OH facilities, with possible travel and some offsite work.

You will develop data automation solutions, produce user documentation, and train users, collaborating with Model‑Based Systems Engineers in jet engine design and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and US citizenship.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Strong scripting/programming in Python, C++, Java, SQL, etc.
• Experience in Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of data concepts, integration practices, APIs, and web services.
• Experience with AWS, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation and AI tools in a fast-paced setting.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using Python, C++, Java, or similar.
• Build/test integration/automation tools with business teams.
• Apply SDLC, Lean/Agile, CI/CD, testing to pipelines.
• Integrate with engineering toolchains via APIs and data structures.
• Develop data integration solutions from diverse data sources.
