Qualificações

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Engineering, CS, Computational Engineering, or Data Science.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in engineering analysis, digital tools, data analytics, automation, AI, or continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support AI-enabled initiatives, including data preparation, output review, and feedback tracking.
• Engineering analysis of service performance, equipment issues, and lifecycle opportunities.
• Development and testing of digital tools, dashboards, analytics, and automated workflows.
• Structured problem solving, recurring-issue analysis, and service-process improvement.
• Collaboration with Product & Technology, engineering, operations, Service Centers, and field teams.
• Learn about service tools, analytics, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
• Technical documentation, knowledge capture, standards, and Product & Technology feedback.
