HMH is seeking a Digital Services Engineering Intern in Houston to support AI initiatives, engineering analysis, service-tool development, data analytics and workflow automation. You will collaborate with Product & Technology, engineering, operations, Service Centers, and field teams to improve service performance and lifecycle opportunities.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Computational Engineering or Data Science.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Interest in engineering analysis, digital tools, data analytics, automation, AI, or continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Support AI-enabled initiatives, including data preparation and feedback tracking.
Provide engineering analysis of service performance, equipment issues, and lifecycle opportunities.
Develop and test digital tools, dashboards, analytics, and automated workflows.
Collaborate with Product & Technology, engineering, operations, Service Centers, and field teams.
