CALI Floors is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – AI & Data to support reporting, business applications, automation, and technology initiatives. This role partners with business leaders and IT to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and identify practical opportunities to use data, automation, and AI.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and technology-savvy, with experience using business data, reporting tools, and enterprise systems to solve problems and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business systems, analytics, reporting, or a related role.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP platform.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Project coordination or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Develop and modify SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and data validation.
• Support NetSuite administration, reporting, saved searches, and workflows.
• Assist with planning and tracking IT projects and system initiatives.
