Job summary

KSA Integration, LLC is seeking an AI Data Analyst to support Marine Corps programs with data preparation, scripting, and model execution in a remote/contractor setup. Core hours are EST 0700–1700; anticipated start upon award (Sept 30, 2026).

The candidate will build data pipelines, run simulations, and develop AI/ML workflows under guidance, with required Python/R/SQL skills and a DoD CAC/Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL and basic data visualization tools.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain DoD CAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform data preparation, cleaning, and validation to produce reliable inputs for models, simulations, and analyses.
• Write and maintain scripts in Python, R, or SQL to automate data extraction, transformation, and recurring queries.
• Execute routine model and simulation runs, document results, and flag anomalies for Senior Analyst review.
• Build data pipelines and transform raw data from multiple sources into usable metrics and data sets.
• Produce data visualizations and dashboard content that communicate analytical results clearly.
• Support development and refinement of predictive models and AI/ML workflows under Senior Analyst direction.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, scripts, and analytical processes.

Position Overview: This position supports the a Marine Corps Porgram Office as an AI Data Analyst. This effort provides Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) support to the Headquarters Marine Corps Installations & Logistics (HQMC I&L) Global Positioning Network Program Office (GPN PO). The AI Data Analyst performs data preparation, scripting, query automation, and model execution in support of prepositioning and global logistics analysis, working under the direction of the Senior AI Data Analyst.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or ML model development.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with DoW or Marine Corps data systems and logistics data.

Pay Range United States of America: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
