Job summary

KSA Integration is seeking an AI Data Analyst to support Marine Corps programs. You will prepare data, automate extraction, and run models under guidance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience, with proficiency in Python, R, or SQL and data visualization tools.

The position offers remote work with core EST hours and contingent upon contract award. A security clearance and CAC eligibility are required.

Position Overview

This position supports the a Marine Corps Porgram Office as an AI Data Analyst. This effort provides Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) support to the Headquarters Marine Corps Installations & Logistics (HQMC I&L) Global Positioning Network Program Office (GPN PO). The AI Data Analyst performs data preparation, scripting, query automation, and model execution in support of prepositioning and global logistics analysis, working under the direction of the Senior AI Data Analyst.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform data preparation, cleaning, and validation to produce reliable inputs for models, simulations, and analytical products.
• Write and maintain scripts in Python, R, or SQL to automate data extraction, transformation, and recurring queries.
• Execute routine model and simulation runs, document results, and flag anomalies for Senior Analyst review.
• Build data pipelines and transform raw data from multiple sources into usable metrics and data sets.
• Produce data visualizations and dashboard content that communicate analytical results clearly.
• Support development and refinement of predictive models and AI/ML workflows under Senior Analyst direction.
• Maintain documentation of data sources, scripts, and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Four or more years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL, and basic data visualization tools.
• Active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one (must be maintained for the duration of the contract).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or ML model development.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with DoW or Marine Corps data systems and logistics data.

Pay Range

United States of America: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
