Job summary

Superside is hiring an AI Creative Technologist to turn customer requests into automations and agents that run. You will work directly with customers on live work from inside our studios, in close collaboration with Product.

You will partner with customers to scope, build, and ship custom automations; customize central automations for each brand; turn repeating requests into scalable systems; define quality standards; feed insights back to Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agencies or in-house creative teams, preferably with design systems.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to set automation quality bar.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and agents in real work with shipped work.
• Generalist builder who can brief, build, and ship across formats.
• Habit of documenting and sharing what you build for reuse.
• Self-driven, able to move from idea to finished output.
