Superside is hiring an AI Creative Technologist to turn customer requests into automations and agents that run in live studio work across platforms. You’ll partner with customers, design scalable AI workflows, and ship reusable pieces that others can adopt.

You’ll own the automation roadmap, define success, and train customer teams to operate the systems. Strong English communication and hands-on AI tooling experience are essential for this role.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in agencies or in-house creative teams.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to set quality bar for automation.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and agents in real work scenarios.
• Generalist builder able to brief, make, build and ship across formats.
• Habit of documenting and sharing outputs for re-use.

Mansioni

• Partner with customers on live work to scope, build, and ship custom automations and agents.
• Customize central automations for each customer’s brand, tools and workflows.
• Turn recurring customer requests into systems that run autonomously.
• Own the automation roadmap for the studio, migrating repeat asks to automated work.
• Define success criteria and human quality checks for each automation.
• Provide feedback to Product and train customer teams to run the systems.
• Document everything and share learnings across studios.
