Responsibilities

• Design and build the creative intelligence infrastructure connecting audience signals, briefs, concepting, production, and performance feedback.
• Partner with Motion Design to build video AI systems for lo-fi concept video and campaign variants.
• Build the AI layer for research and concepting — agent-synthesized audience research, automated signals, multi-model workflows.
• Build asset production systems with designers: image generation pipelines, template automation, variant production.
• Evaluate and standardize the team's AI tools stack, managing contracts, onboarding, and deprecation.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and have workflows ready before the team asks.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Design and build the creative intelligence infrastructure that connects audience signals, AI-assisted briefs, concepting, production, and performance feedback Common

• Build the AI layer for research and concepting — agent-synthesized audience research, automated competitive signals, multi-model concepting workflows
• Build asset production systems with designers: image generation pipelines, Figma template automation, variant production, format scaling
• Evaluate, select, and standardize the team's AI tool stack across every discipline, owning contracts, onboarding, and deprecation Unique

What you'll need

Experience

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years working with AI-powered creative tools in visual design, content generation, web development, or data analysis Common
