Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an AI & Workflow Automation Lead to own the strategy, systems, and standards for Global Studio. You will drive AI integration across production pipelines, validate outputs, and propose scalable automation.

This foundational role focuses on building an AI-first studio with strong leadership across teams and partners. You will design and execute the AI transformation roadmap, onboard new partners onto our tech stack, and maintain architecture that scales with

Qualifications

8+ years driving creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house team.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience building scalable programs and repeatable processes.
Experience developing operational metrics.
Experience in retail, operations and/or business management.
Experience working across cross-functional teams and communicating with senior leadership.
Experience leading AI or automation transformation initiatives.
Builder mentality with comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Own Global Studio's AI investment and implementation thesis with leadership.
Define where to apply AI across production workflows and redesign pipelines as AI-first.
Track AI adoption metrics and report quarterly to leadership.
Serve as internal expert on AI creative strategy for leadership and stakeholders.
Partner to validate output quality and establish acceptance criteria.
Onboard new agency partners onto the tech stack and protocols.
Consolidate tools into a unified information architecture and establish templates.
Automate high-volume production tasks and design AI-driven pipelines.
