Job summary

Birch Tree Consulting is seeking an AI Creative Operator to own the production of social, editorial, and performance ad content, using AI tools to multiply and iterate on existing photography and campaigns faster than traditional workflows.

This hands-on role focuses on adapting existing shoots into numerous formats and variants for retail and digital channels, with accompanying first-draft product and website copy generated by AI tools and reviewed by the marketing team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital creative production, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and at least one generative AI image tool.
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools for content/copy generation.
• Eye for brand consistency and quality in apparel imagery.
• Experience with performance ad creative and understanding CTR drivers.
• Copywriting ability is a plus but secondary to creative work.
• Organized and systems-minded; comfortable building repeatable templates/workflows.
