Job summary

Hightouch is hiring an AI Creative Designer to translate brand guidelines into agentic email workflows for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering on calls, translate guidelines into prompts and guardrails, and ship on-brand lifecycle creative that scales across millions of inboxes.

You will be the most influential creative voice in the room, helping ensure our platform delivers on-brand email experiences while advising on product direction and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• A portfolio of real lifecycle programs and email campaigns.
• Experience designing hundreds of emails across lifecycle programs with strong layout and rendering opinions.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative on enterprise engagements with clients’ lifecycle and marketing teams.
• Set and maintain the creative bar to ensure on-brand email output.
• Drive performance through A/B tests and iteration on creative assets.
• Shape the product by identifying friction and refining workflows in collaboration with engineering.
• Define and document playbooks for scalable, on-brand email creation.
