Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks an AI Solutioning Consultant for the Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build, test, and refine AI agents. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical Copilot-based solutions while ensuring governance and security standards.

Hybrid role in Boston, MA or Philadelphia, PA with on-site collaboration and two-internal interviews. A strong background in AI/automation and Power Platform is required, along with U.S.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, business analysis, or related field.
• At least five years working with generative AI, ML, or related technologies.
• Hands-on experience building agents, bots, workflows in Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test AI agents using Copilot Studio.
• Build topics, prompts, actions, connectors, and workflows.
• Use Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams and other MS tools.
• Gather requirements and assess feasibility of Copilot-based solutions.
• Promote governance, security, and grounding for AI solutions.
• Document development standards and reusable templates.
• Guide citizen developers within guardrails.
