Job summary
Intone Inc. seeks an AI Copilot Developer in Philadelphia for a 12-month contract. You will translate business problems into agent solutions, design and deploy Copilot Studio agents, and guide business teams through the development lifecycle.
You will partner with governance, security, and Power Platform teams to ensure compliant and scalable implementations. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical consulting or low-code development.
- Hands-on experience building agents in Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform including Power Automate and Dataverse.
- 5+ years leading Generative AI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, AI SDLC, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Legal).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as an expert on Microsoft Copilot Studio for business and tech partners.
- Attend discovery sessions to scope use cases and assess feasibility for Copilot-based solutions.
- Design, build, and test low-code Copilot Studio agents, topics, flows, and connectors.
- Ground agents with enterprise knowledge sources and ensure governance constraints.
- Own end-to-end delivery of Copilot Studio agents from scoping to production and maintenance.
- Create templates, patterns, and playbooks to accelerate future engagements.
- Coach business teams and upskill builders within guardrails.
- Provide clear documentation and walkthroughs for non-technical stakeholders.
