Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an AI Control Manager Senior Associate within the Client Onboarding & Documentation team. You will identify and monitor AI risks, ensure policy compliance, and drive data-driven testing to support risk management.

You will lead AI risk assessments, governance, and control testing using automation and data analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the firm to improve controls and reduce risk exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts, with the ability to evaluate AI systems from a Risk & Controls perspective.
• Hands-on experience with AI governance, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI Risk Assessments on AI/ML solutions deployed within CO&D.
• Ensure CO&D AI/ML solutions comply with firmwide governance standards and policies.
• Execute control testing across KYC/client onboarding processes (CDD/EDD documentation completeness).
• Document testing scope, sampling approach, results and conclusions clearly for audit.
