Qualifications

• Experience in risk or control management within financial services, with a focus on compliance and operational risk mitigation.
• Technical fluency in AI, including understanding of models, assumptions, limitations, and failure modes.
• Ability to translate complex AI behavior into documented risk findings within a controls framework.
• Capability to implement robust controls to safeguard operations and meet regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in process and data analysis to interpret business needs and trends.
• Strong internal stakeholder communication with senior leadership.
• Proven project management skills and drive for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI tools with Citizen Developers and Technology, optimizing control frameworks and identifying risks.
• Select cost-effective AI and automation tools to prototype and scale automated controls.
• Run scenario simulations and red-team exercises; establish best practices for AI tool deployment.
• Coordinate AI Controls Council and produce quarterly AI Controls Intelligence Report for leadership.
