Job summary

Mercury is seeking a senior professional to own the internal knowledge infrastructure, building a trusted context layer that captures team ownership and current work. You will design schemas, governance, and automations, enabling reliable information for people and AI systems.

Collaborating with Engineering and other teams, you will develop a centralized reporting layer and drive company-wide adoption of standardized systems, improving knowledge capture and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in program or product operations or similar roles.
• Ability to turn messy information into scalable structures for people and AI.
• Comfort with technical systems, APIs, data models, and analytics.
• Experience using AI to create leverage through workflows and automations.
• Strong judgment, clear communication, and execution in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own Mercury's knowledge infrastructure and the trusted context layer.
• Build schemas, automations, and validation workflows with AI Engineering.
• Own the reporting layer for leadership and planning dashboards.
• Drive adoption of standardized systems across many teams.
• Improve knowledge capture and usage by removing friction and enhancing workflows.
