Job summary

PepsiCo in Purchase, New York is hiring an AI Content & Editorial Manager to lead content creation, editorial judgment, and scalable AI-driven workflows across digital channels.

You will develop AI-assisted content, review for accuracy and brand voice, and optimize discovery with SEO, AEO and GEO. Collaborate with Communications, Social, Digital and Insights teams to deliver high-quality, measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in content creation, editorial, digital communications or related field.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools for content creation, editing or workflows.
• Strong writing and editing with adaptable messaging for audiences.
• Experience across formats: web, social, articles, video scripts.
• Knowledge of SEO and AI-driven content discovery (AEO/GEO).
• Understanding of large language models and human review importance.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into clear content.
• Curiosity about emerging tech and willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-assisted content: articles, social copy, FAQs, explainers, scripts.
• Review, edit and fact-check AI content for accuracy and brand voice.
• Apply SEO/AEO/GEO to improve content discovery across channels.
• Repurpose content across formats while ensuring quality.
• Develop prompts, templates and repeatable AI content workflows.
• Test and refine with content performance insights.
• Collaborate with Communications, Social, Digital and Insights teams.
• Maintain standards for brand, legal, compliance and responsible AI.
