Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, editorial, digital communications or related fields.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for content creation or workflow development.
• Strong writing and editing skills across audiences and channels.
• Experience creating content across formats: web, social, articles, video scripts.
• Knowledge of SEO and AI-driven content discovery (AEO/GEO).
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-assisted content: articles, social copy, FAQs, explainers and video scripts.
• Review, edit and fact-check AI-assisted content for accuracy, clarity and brand voice.
• Apply SEO, AEO and GEO principles to improve content discovery.
• Scale content by repurposing across formats, channels and audiences.
• Build AI workflows with prompts, templates and repeatable processes.
• Test and improve strategies using content performance insights.
• Collaborate with Communications, Social, Digital and Insights teams.
• Maintain quality to meet PepsiCo's brand, legal, compliance and responsible AI standards.
