Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the delivery of data and analytics for PepsiCo’s Consumer and Commercial data products. This role drives data roadmaps, captures business requirements, and partners with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Governance to deliver impactful solutions that enable business value.

The candidate will manage cross-functional PODs, write user stories in Azure DevOps, and advocate for data, analytics, and AI at leadership levels.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Data Product Management in business facing functions with agile and product lifecycle discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading/building advanced analytics and big data solutions or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of machine-learning principles and techniques (training vs. predicting, performance, overfit).
• Familiarity with machine-learning technologies and tools, such as Python and visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and engineering concepts; Azure tech stack a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product/data roadmap and capture comprehensive requirements.
• Design the solution with technical teams and capture nuances for end-to-end optimization.
• Author technical data requirements and documents throughout the delivery life cycle.
• Manage delivery against key technical milestones and align teams with business value.
• Collaborate with data teams to steward user stories and ensure optimal use of time and resources.
• Lead and develop other Data Product Managers and manage stakeholder expectations.
