Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs, write evidence-based explanations in English, and help improve AI systems. Eligible applicants from multiple countries can work flexibly from home, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Earn up to $18 USD/hr with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging follow-the-prompt fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or mismatches.
• Writing clear English explanations pointing to observed issues.
