Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule. You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through detailed feedback.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives, and enjoy free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios and explaining judgments clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot distortions, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Provide a written explanation detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
