Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media through live conversations with AI voice models, comparing outputs and explaining what’s off. You’ll rank AI responses for naturalness and accuracy, and craft written explanations of your judgments, all on a remote, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and careful listening.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Comfortable discussing AI and providing evidence-based explanations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was observed.
