Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looks off or sounds incorrect, all on your own schedule.

You’ll assess outputs for realism, alignment to prompts, and quality across audio, video, and text, then provide precise, evidence-based write-ups. Remote work with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and the ability to explain observations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and articulating reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, artifacts, or misaligned audio; explain findings in writing.
