Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when multiple options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing English explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
