Job summary

HoneyBook, the AI-powered business platform, is seeking an AI Content Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of our member-facing chatbot and the Help Center. You will shape how content supports fast, accurate self-serve resolution and guide Support Specialists with clear, actionable documentation.

You’ll work with the Knowledge & Instructional Content team, partner with Member Care, Product, QA, Marketing, and engineering, and define content architectures, workflows, and governance.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how chatbot content architecture affects resolution rates.
• Ability to define and evolve AI strategy for content and chatbot workflows.
• Strong writing skills to turn complex product content into clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Own chatbot resolution strategy and roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Configure and maintain the chatbot in Intercom and build data connectors with Claude Code.
