Job summary

Soda is seeking a Content Engineer to own all aspects of our technical content. You will build a scalable system to publish blogs, webinars, videos, and technical material, written in distinct founder and customer-engineer voices.

You will report to a co-founder on the Growth team and operate in a fully remote, multi-country setup. You should be able to write for a technical audience and also build the pipelines that deliver it at scale, collaborating with the growth functions to reach a global

Qualifications

• Write for a technical audience and show writing samples.
• Develop multi-step prompt pipelines with structured outputs and evaluations.
• 3+ years in technical content, growth engineering, or related roles.
• Have enough coding ability to work autonomously with Python/TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and a DB.
• Demonstrate data fluency for pipelines and data quality discussions.
• Think in system-wide workflows and fix bottlenecks.
• Work independently in a distributed async team; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Own Soda's content end-to-end and drive the content system.
• Build and operate a scalable content pipeline for technical material.
• Write in distinct founder and customer engineer voices.
