Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AI/ML focused professional in New Jersey to drive equity-wide AI initiatives. The role emphasizes Python development, data analysis, and collaboration across business and technology teams to deliver AI solutions.

You will contribute to POCs, stay updated on AI trends, and ensure governance and compliance while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and traditional machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with Python, AI tools, data analysis, or technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Equity-wide AI initiatives across the Equities Technology organization.
• Partner with business, data, and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases.
• Act as a central coordination point for AI-related activities, ensuring effective communication and execution.
• Help organize, track, and manage AI initiatives from ideation through delivery.
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes, decision-making, and operational efficiency through AI.
• Participate in the design and development of AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate business value.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
