Job summary

Belsoftsolutions is seeking a transformation consultant to interview client teams, shadow workflows, map processes, and quantify where time and money are lost. You’ll write prioritized roadmaps and design practical AI training programs that enable adoption across roles.

You’ll draft AI usage policies, run workshops across all levels, track post‑ rollout adoption, and iterate with follow‑ups to ensure real improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or training.
• Able to map a messy process and explain it simply.
• Capable of facilitating workshops with people at every level.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of today's AI tools, and a habit of keeping up-to-date.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
