The role requires 8+ years in IT, 3+ years in project management, and 1+ year in leadership, with construction experience. The position is office-based in Chandler and not remote, with opportunities for growth and career

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a business technology or information technology environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and drive AI adoption and business outcomes.
• Construction and/or construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-complexity AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions for operational consistency and enterprise strategy.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities with governance compliance.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption across multiple business groups.
• Measure and report business outcomes, solution performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
