This role focuses on responsible AI delivery, change management, and value realization in a hands-on, office-based environment. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in IT or related fields, 3+ years of PM experience, 1+ year of leadership, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT or related discipline.
• 3+ years of project management in a business/IT environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Degree or diploma in IT, IT Management, Business Admin, CS, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and drive AI adoption.
• Construction and/or construction management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Arizona residency or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-complexity AI initiatives and liaise between construction operations, business partners, and AI governance.
• Translate business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Prioritize and advance AI opportunities with Responsible AI compliance.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities across departments.
• Measure outcomes, report on performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
