Job summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking an AI Lead to identify, design, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes and outcomes.

You will partner with operations, business teams and governance to drive adoption and value realization. The role requires strong leadership in AI solution delivery, governance, and enterprise-scale implementation, with a focus on responsible AI and cross-functional collaboration across groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management in a business technology or information technology environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions that support operational consistency and enterprise strategy.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards and governance requirements.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities across multiple business groups.
• Measure and report business outcomes, solution performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
