Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, IT Management, Business Admin, CS, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and drive AI adoption.
• Construction and/or construction management experience.

Responsibilities

The AI Lead Construction Specialist leads medium-complexity AI initiatives and serves as a primary liaison between construction operations, business partners, and enterprise AI governance. This role is accountable for advancing AI opportunities, ensuring responsible and compliant delivery, driving adoption and change management efforts, and maximizing business value through scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions that support operational consistency and enterprise strategy.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards and governance requirements.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities across multiple business groups.
• Measure and report business outcomes, solution performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is an experienced AI and technology leader with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities. They possess a strong understanding of AI solution delivery, governance, business operations, and enterprise-scale implementation practices.

• Construction and/or construction management experience.

This is a primarily office-based position located in Chandler, Arizona. The successful candidate will be expected to work regularly from the office and collaborate in person with business and operational teams; this is not a remote position.
