Job summary

Hyperbolic Labs in San Francisco is seeking a senior Capital Markets leader to originate and structure debt facilities funding vendor down payments and capacity commitments across bank revolvers, private credit, and SPV structures. You will own lender relationships and run the raises end-to-end from positioning through definitive documentation, negotiating covenants and lien priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in capital markets, corporate development, or institutional fundraising (10+ preferred).
• Raised institutional capital from LPs for hedge funds, private equity, or venture capital and can name the relationships you’d bring.
• Investment bank capital markets experience, ideally debt: DCM, leveraged finance, structured finance, or private capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure debt capital to fund vendor down payments and capacity commitments.
• Own the lender and investor relationship map, run raises end to end from positioning through definitive documentation.
• Sit in the redlines on covenants, lien priority, DACA mechanics, borrowing base definitions, and advance rates.
• Support concurrent equity rounds without letting debt and equity tracks collide.
