Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a top-tier AI Compiler Engineer to advance its world-class compiler organization. You will push the boundaries of AI performance by focusing on kernel generation and optimization of computational graphs for next-generation GPUs.

You will collaborate across software, hardware, and research teams to tackle complex AI workloads, from inference to training, and help translate breakthroughs into enterprise and consumer products at scale.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
• 3+ years of compiler optimizations, synthesis, and placement experience.
• Hands-on MLIR knowledge.
• Strong C/C++ and Python programming with debugging and performance analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive kernel generation and computational graph optimizations for next-generation NVIDIA GPUs.
• Solve compiler challenges for AI workloads (inference and training) and bridge to products.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and research teams to design future silicon.
• Scale AI deployments to datacenter workloads.
