NVIDIA is hiring a Senior AI Compiler Engineer to build an MLIR-based AI compiler powering the inference engine, with focus on performance, fast builds, low memory use, and usability for data center and edge. You will work on graph representations, optimizations, APIs, and kernel generation for neural networks.

The role requires strong C/C++ and Python skills, experience with MLIR, XLA, LLVM, and the ability to lead development efforts in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance analysis and compiler optimizations.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in CS, CE, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience with MLIR, XLA, and LLVM.
• Excellent C/C++ and Python programming and software design, including debugging and testing.
• Ability to work independently, define goals, and lead development efforts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Develop MLIR-based graph representations and optimizations for future GPU architectures.
• Partner with framework and hardware teams to enable new model patterns and GPU features.
• Define APIs and MLIR dialects, perform performance optimizations and kernel generation.
