Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field with ML/compiler focus.
• 8+ years software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• Strong knowledge of compilers, code generation, and GPU architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with LLVM/MLIR-based compiler development.
• Experience building or integrating LLM-based systems in production environments.
