Job summary

Fireworks AI is hiring a Social and Community Manager to turn fast-moving AI topics into shareable content. You will manage communities across Discord, X, and forums, track engagement with analytics, and guide content strategy with solid data.

You’ll plan events and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to scale initiatives while maintaining a sharp, on-brand voice. Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in social/community roles, strong organizational skills, and comfort with AI tools

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience actively engaging and growing communities (Discord, Reddit, X, forums, etc.)
• Strong data and analytics; track metrics, create reports/dashboards, and guide actions
• Meticulously organized with solid project management skills
• Sharp judgment on what’s worth a reaction and what to ignore, with proven content
• Self-starter; identify trends and propose actionable ideas to the team
• Creative thinker who stays on-brand while generating fresh content ideas
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in social media or community management
• Experience with social/community analytics tools (Sprout Social or similar)
• AI native; uses LLMs and generative AI tools daily
• Strong execution in fast-paced environments; detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Track real-time conversations and frame narratives that give the community a reason to talk about Fireworks AI
• Monitor engagement metrics, generate reports, and recommend content changes
• Own the social calendar; create on-brand content informed by data and trends
• Moderate discussions, welcome members, and run community programs and events
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events; share data-driven insights across teams
