Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) seeks a Junior Communication Product Specialist to support the VHA AI Institute and its AI governance, strategy, and operating model initiatives. The role will craft clear communications, educational outreach, and change management activities to promote safe and responsible AI adoption across VHA.

Collaboration with program leaders, SMEs, and healthcare stakeholders will be essential to translate complex AI concepts into actionable materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is required.
Strong written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Experience in technical, healthcare, government, or business environments is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) and related tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and distribute communications for VHA AI initiatives.
Translate technical AI concepts for business, operational, and clinical audiences.
Support governance, AI inventory reporting, risk management, and strategy communications.
Coordinate webinars, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Maintain content repositories and ensure alignment with branding standards.
