Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Communications Specialist to drive adoption and enablement of AI agents across Google's global account. You’ll craft clear, engaging communications and newsletters while maintaining the Google Workspace experience within WPP Open.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Data & Technology Services, the WPP Open product team, and agency teams to translate complex AI concepts into practical, actionable content.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear cross‑functional messaging.
• Experience creating and managing internal communications for a large organization.
• Ability to turn complex AI/agent concepts into accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Own internal communications for AI agents and capabilities across Google's global account.
• Manage the agency's fortnightly AI and agent newsletter and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop content for the monthly client newsletter highlighting tools and success stories.
• Maintain the Google Workspace experience within WPP Open, including user access and homepage updates.
• Translate new agents' purposes and value into accessible communications.
• Track adoption trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Host recurring AI sessions to encourage participation and knowledge sharing.
• Design enablement activities: training, guides, focus groups, surveys, and more.
• Build trusted relationships and maintain feedback loops with users and teams.
• Curate internal and external AI thought leadership for practical insights.
