Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the MDC AI Elite Talent Hub Program and complete all requirements.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Relevant knowledge or coursework in AI, programming, CS or related fields.
• Intermediate MS Office, including basic Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-related initiatives and ensure responsible use of AI to support business processes.
• Conduct research, organize information, and prepare simple reports or summaries.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks within the assigned department.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and training to build foundational knowledge.
• Gain understanding of company operations through tours and shadowing.
• Maintain documentation and update internal systems as directed.
• Prepare and deliver a final internship presentation summarizing learnings.
