Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field; PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
• Proven technical program management experience supporting complex hardware/infrastructure programs.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, data center technologies, or GPU-based platforms.
• Ability to develop executive dashboards and data-driven reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation, debug, and platform readiness programs for next‑gen AI rack and cluster solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and operations to define plans and milestones.
• Drive validation activities across development lifecycle and track risks and progress.
• Coordinate incident management and root-cause investigations during validation.
• Develop executive dashboards and status reports communicating program health.
