AlixPartners is seeking an Information Security Lead – AI & Emerging Technology to advance secure cloud architectures in Azure and AWS, working with DevOps and engineering teams to embed security into CI/CD and IaC. The role emphasizes hands-on security tooling, policy governance, and AI security controls within a dynamic, contract environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud security, strong Azure skills, IaC expertise, and the ability to translate security into actionable DevOps

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud security engineering or a DevSecOps focused role.
• Experience implementing security controls in production Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD pipelines, including YAML templates, security gates, exceptions, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).

Responsibilities

• Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security in CI/CD and IaC deployments.
• Design and maintain Azure Policies and guardrails for continuous compliance and drift detection.
• Develop secure cloud configurations across Azure and AWS, including identity, Key Vault, private endpoints and RBAC.
• Contribute to threat modeling and defensible cloud architectures.
