Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer in Chicago, IL. In this role, you'll lead security engineering and operational oversight for enterprise AI platforms and Azure infrastructure. You will design, implement, and maintain security controls to safeguard sensitive business data while supporting AI technologies.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, extensive Azure expertise, and excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, DevSecOps, or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience securing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize enterprise AI security platforms.
• Manage and improve the organization's Microsoft Azure security posture.
• Design and maintain detection content across security platforms.
