Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a greenfield enterprise platform initiative focused on AI & cloud capabilities. You will guide a cross-functional team from development to production readiness, balancing technical leadership with strong client relationship management.

The role requires hands-on governance of delivery plans, agile ceremonies, risks, and dependencies, with collaboration across cloud, APIs, data, security, and testing domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology delivery or related field.
• Proven experience leading application development teams.
• Experience delivering greenfield initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and SDLC.
• Technical understanding of cloud environments (AWS), APIs, CI/CD, GitHub, Kubernetes, data, security, testing, observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a greenfield enterprise technology initiative from development through production readiness.
• Coordinate a cross-functional application development team of ~11 members.
• Own delivery plans, Agile ceremonies, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Coordinate work across application development, cloud, APIs, data, security, testing, and platform services.
• Remove roadblocks and drive issues to timely resolution.
• Manage client stakeholders and technical teams; align priorities and delivery commitments.
• Communicate clearly with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
