Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead a greenfield AI and Cloud Platforms initiative in North Carolina. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage a cross-functional team of about 11 engineers, and ensure production readiness while aligning with security and governance standards.

You will own delivery plans, coordinate agile ceremonies, report progress to stakeholders, and remove roadblocks.

Qualifications

6+ years in technology delivery, program management or related leadership roles.
Proven experience leading application development teams and complex delivery initiatives.
Experience delivering greenfield technology initiatives from planning to implementation.
Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and SDLC.
Technical understanding of cloud and app environments including AWS, APIs, CI/CD, GitHub, Kubernetes, data, security, testing, observability.
Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery commitments.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Effective communicator with engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage challenging delivery situations and drive teams to outcomes.
Desirable: experience with generative AI or AI platforms; security-conscious enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a greenfield enterprise initiative from development to production readiness.
Manage and coordinate a cross-functional development team of ~11 members.
Own delivery plans, Agile ceremonies, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and status reporting.
Coordinate work across application development, cloud, APIs, integrations, data, security, testing, and platform services.
Remove delivery roadblocks and drive timely resolution of issues.
Partner with client stakeholders and technical teams to manage expectations and priorities.
Communicate effectively to resolve delivery challenges and negotiate priorities.
Coordinate staffing, onboarding, resource allocation, and team continuity.
Support production readiness activities including testing, security, monitoring, and handover.
Ensure delivery aligns with architecture, security, governance and data-handling requirements.
Provide clear delivery updates to business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Work with engineering teams and provide hands-on technical support when appropriate.
