Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager – AI & Cloud Platforms to lead a greenfield enterprise technology initiative focused on secure, modern platforms enabling AI capabilities.

The role requires coordinating a cross-functional development team, managing milestones, and ensuring timely production readiness while aligning with architecture, security, and data-handling requirements. Hybrid US-based work with client engagement and senior stakeholder interaction.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in technology delivery or related field.
• Proven experience leading application development or software engineering teams.
• Experience delivering greenfield initiatives from planning to production.
• Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and SDLC.
• Technical understanding of cloud and app environments incl. AWS, APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD, data, security, testing and observability.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with engineering teams, business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a greenfield enterprise tech initiative from development through production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional application development and engineering teams.
• Own delivery plans, Agile ceremonies, milestones, risks, issues, and status updates.
• Coordinate work across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data, security and testing.
• Remove delivery roadblocks and drive issues to resolution.
• Manage expectations and priorities with client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Communicate effectively to business and executive stakeholders.
