Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior technical leader to develop scalable enterprise applications, including Web apps and APIs, and to guide teams across dispersed locations. The role emphasizes architecture, delivery governance, and collaboration with business partners to drive value and quality.

You will influence technology decisions, ensure robust design and documentation, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence, security, and performance across projects and programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications including Web applications, API, Event Driven, Batch, Database and Cloud solutions.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing teams in a geographically dispersed organization.
• Proven experience with requirements analysis and documentation (Jira), system design, API integration (SOAP/REST), cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), version control (GitHub), agile methodologies, stakeholder communication, and aligning technical deliverables with business goals.
