ePlus inc. is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain the AWS-based infrastructure powering AI initiatives. You will work across AI/ML teams to design, deploy, and secure scalable cloud platforms with a strong DevOps mindset.

The role focuses on AWS while collaborating with cross-functional teams on platform reliability, automation, and cloud-native tooling. You will drive architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers in cloud, containers, and IaC practices.

Formación

• 9+ years in DevOps, cloud platform engineering, or SRE roles, with end-to-end production ownership.
• Strong Python development and debugging for FastAPI/Lambda code.
• Deep AWS ECS/Fargate production experience (task definitions, autoscaling, service discovery).
• Strong serverless experience: Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, SES.
• Infrastructure-as-Code expertise with OpenTofu or Terraform, modular design with remote backends.

Responsabilidades

• Own the AWS infrastructure end-to-end for AI initiatives.
• Improve GitHub pipelines to reduce developer friction and automate deployments.
• Operate observability infrastructure (Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog).
• Contribute to IaC efforts using a Terraform-first mindset.
• Build serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, SES).
• Lead architecture decisions and mentor engineers on cloud, container, and IaC fundamentals.
