Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive cross-functional technology delivery at the Corporate Center in Indianapolis, IN, focusing on clinical statistics and regulatory technology. You will own end-to-end delivery across AI/automation, cloud modernization, data pipelines, and vendor coordination.

You should bring hands-on technical understanding, experience with governance forums, and the ability to translate complex technical details into executive-level status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year in technical delivery, software engineering, or platform engineering with multi-workstream programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across regulatory submissions, statistical computing, and clinical development workflows.
• Coordinate across business collaborators, product managers, engineering teams, vendors, and platform organizations to ensure timely, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Drive governance, portfolio health, budget tracking, and executive updates to inform leadership decisions.
